Common FAQs
Our Texas Smilax is a seasonal product and is typically available from September through April/May. Due to the growing cycle, Smilax is out of season from April/May through August. We recommend planning ahead for your off-season needs, and we’re happy to assist with any questions or orders for future events during that time.
Yes, we stand by the quality of our Smilax. If you receive a product that is damaged or not up to your expectations, please contact your representative within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that’s through a replacement or a refund.
We are located near Lake Conroe, just north of Houston, Texas. Yes, you can pick up your order, but please verify our hours before stopping by—we might be out in the forest chasing Smilax vines! Feel free to contact us to arrange a convenient pick-up time or discuss delivery options.
